At this time, we ship worldwide. All Orders will be despatched in 2 -5 business days once the payment was cleared (Except the custom-made costumes). After that, it usually takes 7-20 days for delivery. We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

You are strongly suggested to place your order at least 2-3 weeks before you need to receive.
(2)Refund & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is everything for us. If you received a wrong product or a product with any quality problem, you can also return the product within 7 workdays from your payment at our cost. We can give you a full refund or change the product at your request after we received the package and confirmed the issue. However, if it is because incorrect information has been left by customer or rejection or unclaimed in time; we won’t be responsible for the problem. Please understand that.
Cancellation Policy
If you change your mind, feel free to send us a cancellation request at any time. However the cancellation is only available if your order is not been processed. Once we start working on your order (usually within 24-48 hours after the order is placed), there is no cancellation.
